If you would like to schedule your next appointment with Dr. Wolfe, please call us during office hours at 704-373-6040 or contact us using our Contact Form. We want you to know that when you schedule with us we reserve Wolfe’s time, the treatment room, and time with one of our wonderful staff members just for you!

If you are a New Patient, please print and complete our online “Important Forms For Your Visit” and bring them with you.  If you must change your appointment please do so as soon as possible and no later than 2 business days.
