Welcome to New Town Dentistry! Thank you for choosing to be a part of our dental family! At New Town Dentistry our goal is to provide the highest quality of care that we can for our patients. We strive to provide outstanding dentistry in a comfortable environment to each and every patient! When you schedule an appointment in our office every patient receives a unique reservation. We reserve Dr. Wolfe’s time, the treatment room, and time with one of our wonderful staff members just for you! In order to provide the high quality of care that we envision for our patients we ask that you please be courteous of other patients and call us promptly if you need to make changes to your appointment.
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call at least 2 business days in advance so your time can be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment. If you do not reach the receptionist or if it is after office hours, you may leave a detailed message including your phone number. We will return your call as soon as possible and give you the next available appointment time. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another patient the opportunity to be treated.
We ask our new patients to print out and complete our “important forms” under the “patient information” tab before you arrive. If you cannot, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time to complete this paperwork. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may reschedule you in order to serve all our patients on time.
If you have recent radiographs (x-rays) or dental records, please bring them or have them forwarded to our office by email or traditional mail. Due to privacy law you must sign a “release of information” for your previous dentist. We have this form listed under “Patient Information” / “Important Forms” / “Release of Information.” Please complete and sign and give this to your previous dentist so your information can be released to New Town Dentistry.
If you are pregnant or have a serious medical condition that may affect your dental care please let us know. We may ask you to have your physician complete a medical consult form before we initiate treatment.
We ask that during treatment all family or friends wait in our reception area. Also, if someone other than the parent or guardian is bringing a minor for an appointment, we must have a signed consent on file. This is also found under our important documents labeled “Authorization for Minor.” We also ask that the parent or guardian does not leave the office during treatment of a minor.
Furthermore, if you have a mobile phone, please set it to silent and refrain from using it in the office. This enables us to provide exceptional individualized care for every patient.
If you have any questions or concerns please let Dr. Wolfe or any of the team members know. We will do our best to help you.
Thank you for choosing New Town Dentistry!
